Our Story

Canvas Unlimited has deep roots in the heart of Wyoming, with a legacy that dates back to the family business in Casper. Siblings Pam Romsa and Paul Perry grew up immersed in the world of tents and awnings, gaining firsthand experience from their family-owned company. This foundation proved invaluable when they recognized the burgeoning demand for event rentals in Jackson Hole. Initially, they were called upon for the County Fair, but as word spread, their expertise was sought after for private weddings and various local events. The siblings saw an opportunity to expand their reach and decided to establish a local office in Jackson, marking the beginning of Canvas Unlimited.

Since its establishment, Canvas Unlimited has grown significantly, transforming from a tent rental service to a comprehensive event rental provider. The seasonal dynamics of Jackson Hole have influenced our offerings, with a focus on outdoor tented events during the warmer months and an expansion into winter events as well. This adaptability has allowed them to cater to a wide array of events, whether they are intimate indoor gatherings or grand outdoor celebrations. Pam and Paul's commitment to excellence ensures that every event is meticulously planned and executed, making Canvas Unlimited a trusted name in Jackson Hole's event industry. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and the personal touch they bring to each event continues to uphold their family's legacy of quality service.

Hours of Operation

Summer | June – September 

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

Winter | October – May

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 p.m.

Rental Policies

    • We require a 50% deposit to secure rental items. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due 10 days before your event unless other arrangements have been arranged.

    • Please make payments by check to Canvas Unlimited.

    • Delivery is available for a nominal fee at a single drop-off point at street level. Additional charges will be assessed for deliveries not on ground level, not easily accessible or outside of business hours. All items will be stacked and should be stacked upon pick-up unless other arrangements are made before delivery. 

    • Prior to pickup or return, all items should be clean and free of debris. Dinnerware and catering equipment must be rinsed well. Cleaning fees will be charged.

    • Lessee is responsible for equipment from the time rented to the time returned. Please store equipment in a protected location out of the elements. We do charge for broken, damaged, missing or stolen rental items.

    • Please be sure that the tent site is prepared in the following way before our scheduled arrival:

      • The tent site should not be over-watered

      • All underground utility lines must be marked

      • The tent site must be clear of vehicles and other obstructions

      • Grass must be mowed before we arrive

    • In case of violent weather, the tent should not be used as shelter.
